Payment Conditions

• Subject to hotel availability (*).
• Bookings confirmed by 06.12.2024 will receive a 10% discount on the prices shown.
• Confirmation of reservations is subject to a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation by 18.12.2024.
• After this date, the confirmation of bookings is subject to the immediate deposit of 50% of the booking price.
• The total amount of the booking must be paid by 26.12.2024.

Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellation free of charge until 18.12.2024, if you have made a deposit, it will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations up to 26.12.2024, cancellation fee of 50% of the amount of the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations after 26.12.2024, there will be no refund of the deposit.

Other Conditions

• The Hotel Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto reserves the right to cancel the event at any time and is obliged to refund the full amount paid, with no compensation to the client.
